We've got 47 properties under management across the region, which means we've seen it all — and we're not easily rattled. Your property deserves more than someone checking in once a month. Started Wilson Management because he couldn't stand watching properties deteriorate under careless management. 13 years in property operations. Detail-obsessed, coffee-dependent, and genuinely protective of client interests. Handles major decisions and client relationships.
Alina Teodorescu
Operations Manager
Makes the chaos organized. She oversees maintenance coordination, tenant screening, and somehow keeps 16 moving parts from colliding. Former accountant with a talent for spotting problems before they explode.

Lead Maintenance Coordinator
Has strong opinions about HVAC systems and isn't shy about sharing them. Manages our maintenance network and emergency response. Probably the person who knows your building better than you do at this point.
