Do you charge setup fees or hidden costs?
Nope. What we quoted is what you pay. No leasing fees, no software charges, no surprise admin costs. We keep it simple because managing properties is complicated enough already.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Month-to-month contracts. If we're not delivering value, you shouldn't be stuck with us. That said, most people who try Professional end up staying for years.
What if I have properties in different buildings or cities?
We price per unit, not per location. So whether your 47 units are in one building or spread across town, the math stays the same. Bigger portfolios sometimes qualify for volume adjustments—worth a conversation.
Are maintenance costs included in your management fee?
No. The management fee covers us doing the work. Actual repairs, replacements, and contractor costs come separate (and we negotiate those rates hard for you). You only pay for work that actually happens.
